Century II's leadership team has deep roots and solid experience in marketing, human resources management, healthcare, and finance. Along with expertise, each person brings a passion for their clients' success that drives their day-to-day activities.

Kim Troup

Executive Vice President

As Executive Vice President for Century II, Kim Troup is a member of the management team of one of the nation's most established employee leasing firms. She directs the client services team that handles the day-to-day operations for Century II's growing client base.

With more than 15 years experience in human resources and management, Troup's unique understanding of the human resource needs of both the client company and their employees plays a major role in positioning Century II for continued record growth.

Troup holds her Master's in Human Resource Development/Management from National Louis University in Chicago, Illinois and a B.S. in Public Health from East Tennessee University in Johnson City, Tennessee. She has also been certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, and has the DDI training certification.

She is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), and is a mentor in the Middle Tennessee SHRM Mentor Program.

Kelly Roy

Vice President, Business Development

In her role as Vice President, Business Development, Kelly Roy is responsible for new client growth at Century II. She works directly with business owners to assess the value of Century II’s services as well as the strategic long-term benefits of Human Resource outsourcing.

Roy brings over 15 years of sales experience to the Century II team.

Originally from Ohio, Roy holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, and is an avid Buckeye fan. She is active in her church and volunteers on several committees in her children’s school.
